Hilltop Heights

Hilltop Heights is the highest Landmark in the City of Carlisle and the Capital Building is prominent from London Road and the West coast railway line. Purchased by Harrison Northern in 1991 in a semi derelict state, the 25,000 sq. ft. building set over four floors, was completely renovated and re-clad to provide modern office, clinical and administrative accommodation, together with over 200 parking spaces. The iconic building is now the home of many local NHS services. Planning Permission to extend the building was approved in 2019 and can provide an additional 6,000 sq. ft. of accommodation.
