Following the development of The Halston Aparthotel, founders Simon Harrison and business partner Robin Graham, were approached by Cumbria County Council to support the redevelopment of their headquarters, Portland Square in Carlisle. Halston Homes was formed to redevelop 20 Edwardian, Grade II listed buildings into townhouses and apartments. The development has created a new community of unique, modern and efficient properties while preserving the character of the buildings.
